Making peaceful of the soul is not easy in today's era, a lot of things that trigger anxiety liver. Failure to live, love, careers and businesses make this heart pain and crying. There are several ways that may help make this soul that is calm

1. Be grateful
Seeing the condition of people who are under us, and restrict seeing  those whom are above us, it helps open your heart to be grateful. Will emerge feeling enough, although the simple though life is. What we can be more meaningful than people who own propertybut always feel a lot less.

2. Do not spend time looking for treasure
    Spend most of the time in search of material possessions will 
    make us regret  in the future. Use some of the time available for 
    the charity, prayer, alms, build a happy family, contribute 
    to the social environment.

3. Always do good and help others
    Create an intimate atmosphere and familiarity with relatives,
    neighbors and people in our environment because humans 
    are social beings. A good social environment will help us live with 
    each other mutual assistance to one another, so making life easier

4. Emotion management
    Keep your emotions and anger because it can destroy and make 
    misery.Angry do not overdo it, especially to family and friends.
5. Simple life
     Life is simple but useful, although the material that we've got just 
     a little but could be useful semaksimalnya. Simple does not mean 
     poor but not excessive in search of treasure, simply happy with 
     the families and children, seemed to soothe the soul
